TERMS AND CONDITIONS

These Terms govern the use of the website and services provided by Sugarev Com Ltd.

By accessing the website or purchasing services you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

Sugarev Com Ltd provides professional digital audio post-production services, including but not limited to:

  • audio editing

  • mixing

  • mastering

  • restoration

  • sound cleanup

  • other audio processing services

  • video editing, grading, exporting and delivery

All services are delivered digitally.

2. Eligibility

Users must be at least 18 years old to purchase services.

3. Orders and Acceptance

Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance.

We reserve the right to refuse any project for reasons including:

  • illegal material

  • copyright infringement

  • abusive or harmful content

  • technical incompatibility

4. Client Representations

By submitting files, the client confirms:

  • they own the content or have legal rights to use it

  • the material does not violate copyright or law

  • they authorize Sugarev Com Ltd to process the files

Clients assume responsibility for the legality of submitted material.

5. Payment

Payments are processed through:

  • Stripe

  • PayPal

Unless otherwise agreed:

  • payment may be required before work begins

  • all fees are final once work has started

Sugarev Com Ltd does not store payment card information.

6. Delivery

Project delivery timelines depend on:

  • project complexity

  • queue workload

  • client responsiveness

Files may be delivered via:

  • download link

  • email

  • file transfer service

We are not responsible for delays caused by missing client materials.

7. Revisions

Some services may include a limited number of revisions.

Additional revisions beyond the included scope may incur additional fees.

Revision requests must relate to the original project scope.

8. Intellectual Property

Clients retain ownership of their original content.

Upon full payment:

  • the client receives rights to the processed final files

Sugarev Com Ltd retains rights to:

  • internal tools

  • workflows

  • production techniques

  • software configurations

9. Portfolio Use

Unless explicitly prohibited in writing, Sugarev Com Ltd may use completed work for portfolio or demonstration purposes, after confirming and obtaining consent of the original copyright holder and client.

For sensitive projects Sugarev.com agrees by default to not disclose any information about such project to any third party. Non-disclosure agreements will be provided in writing for each member of staff.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sugarev Com Ltd shall not be liable for:

  • indirect damages

  • loss of revenue

  • loss of business opportunity

  • reputational harm

  • consequential damages

Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the service.

11. Indemnification

Clients agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sugarev Com Ltd from claims arising from:

  • copyright infringement

  • unlawful content

  • misuse of processed files

12. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failure due to events beyond reasonable control including:

  • technical outages

  • natural disasters

  • network failures

  • payment processor outages

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Bulgaria.

Disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Bulgaria.

REFUND POLICY

Sugarev Com Ltd provides custom digital services, refunds are limited.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be granted if:

  • work has not yet started

  • technical failure prevents service delivery

  • we are unable to complete the project

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds are not available if:

  • work has begun

  • services have been delivered

  • dissatisfaction is subjective

  • incorrect instructions were provided

  • the client changes their mind

Revisions

We may offer revisions as an alternative to refunds.

Chargebacks

Clients agree to contact Sugarev Com Ltd before initiating a payment dispute.

Unjustified chargebacks may result in:

  • service refusal

  • account blocking

  • dispute recovery action
